I'm a first time home buyer and didn't know any home inspectors. I was referred to Candler Inspections by my Realtor. Mr. Candler was very polite and thorough with his Inspection. He made sure to note areas that needed attention for the seller to make corrections. For a small nominal fee Mr. Candler came back out to re-inspect the home to make sure corrections were made.
